Berlin, 02 November 2023 - With Superchat 2.0, the startup now offers its customers a new and improved version of the messaging platform. The most important innovations are: Automations - a tool that helps businesses to effortlessly create and automate chatbot-based conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram themselves. With the newly developed Superchat API, it will also be easier to integrate existing software systems as well as AI tools in the future. This increases the speed of development, as not every functionality has to be written from scratch.
Automations - create customised chatbots in just a few steps
Superchat helps small and medium-sized enterprises to systematically improve their digital customer communication. With the next generation of the messaging platform, the B2B start-up is a big step closer to its goal of making the entire customer journey digital and intuitive. From now on, even non-technical users can automate parts of the customer communication without much effort and thus relieve the burden on customer service. Marketing sequences, the qualification of leads and parts of customer service can be automated via chat.
The automation of conversations is based on triggers that are set in Superchat. These can be keywords in customer queries or reactions such as clicking a button within the WhatsApp chat. Companies decide what to do with the message. Messages can be answered automatically or forwarded directly to an appropriate contact person, for example.
By automating certain aspects of customer communication, the workload for employees is reduced, while on the other hand the customer experience is improved.

In future, companies will be able to integrate data from other software solutions into the messaging platform via the new Superchat API. For example, contact data can be synchronised and messages can be sent and received automatically.
Superchat 2.0 is now also available as a desktop app for Windows and iOS. The Team Chat has also been updated with additional functions that improve teamwork. Users can start conversations under a specific message via so-called threads. This is particularly helpful when complex customer enquiries are to be processed in a team.
