The exact procedure depends on the desired automation process. In this guide, we show you how to create a new lead from a Lead Ad on LinkedIn in Superchat and contact them via WhatsApp.

  1. Create the desired message as a WhatsApp template (Template) in Superchat (https://intercom-help.eu/superx/de/articles/25035-get-started-whatsapp-vorlagen). (This is important, as new contacts can only be contacted via the WhatsApp API using confirmed templates.)
  2. Open Zapier and select "Create" > "Zap".
  3. Choose the LinkedIn Ads integration as a trigger with the event "New Lead Gen Form Response".
  4. If you only want to message leads from a specific form via WhatsApp, optionally select a specific form under "Step details".
  5. Add the Superchat app as the next step with the event "Find a Contact". Under the "Action" menu point, select the appropriate contact attribute in Superchat (for WhatsApp contacts, the phone number) and in the "Value" field, select the appropriate result from your Lead Ads.
